Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the merchant of record for all purchases made through PostAnything and handles the collection and processing of payments and refunds on our behalf. This policy explains when you're entitled to a refund; refunds themselves are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases and plan upgrades made through PostAnything (the "Service"), operated by Louis Nel, a sole proprietor trading as PostAnything ("we," "us," or "our"). It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge or of upgrading to a higher-priced plan — no reason required. This is a change-of-mind guarantee, separate from any statutory refund rights you may have (see Section 6).
The 14-day guarantee applies to the initial charge for a plan, not to subsequent renewal charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period you've already started.
The 14-day guarantee is meant for genuine change-of-mind requests, not as a way to use the Service heavily and then reclaim the fee. We reserve the right to reduce or decline a discretionary 14-day refund where an account's usage during the period — for example, a very high volume of AI content generation or scheduled/published posts, well beyond normal use for a single billing cycle — indicates the Service's value was already substantially consumed. This carve-out does not apply to refunds for a faulty or non-functioning Service, billing errors (Section 4), or your statutory rights (Section 6).
If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us and we'll ensure it's refunded in full, regardless of the 14-day window.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer protection or cancellation rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, which may provide different or additional refund rights depending on where you live. Where those rights differ from this policy, the more protective standard applies to you.
Refunds are requested and processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. You can:
Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider, and can take several business days to appear on your statement.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
