These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostAnything (the "Service"), operated by Louis Nel, a sole proprietor trading as PostAnything ("we," "us," or "our"), of 12 Pipit Street, Cape Town, South Africa. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree that you are contracting with us on these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PostAnything lets you turn an idea, photo, video, audio clip, or link into platform-ready social media content, and schedule or publish that content to connected social accounts (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube). Some content is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
When you connect a social media account, you authorize PostAnything to access, publish to, and manage content on that account on your behalf, using your credentials or an authorization token you grant through the platform's own login flow. We rely on third-party infrastructure to deliver posts to connected platforms. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and privacy policy. We are not responsible for actions taken by a third-party platform against your account (such as suspension, rate-limiting, or content removal), for changes to a platform's API or policies, or for outages on a platform's end.
PostAnything uses third-party AI services to help generate captions, analyze images, transcribe audio, and suggest content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content — AI-generated or otherwise — before it is published or scheduled, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law, platform rules, and any rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, and publicity rights). We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legality of AI-generated content.
PostAnything includes generative AI features (captions, image/vision analysis, audio transcription, and other AI-assisted content). In addition to the general rules in Section 7 (Acceptable Use), you must not use these features to generate, request, or attempt to generate:
You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for how you use or rely on AI-generated output, and for verifying its accuracy before publishing or otherwise relying on it. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete; do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) without appropriate qualified review.
You must have the rights or permissions necessary for any content you upload as an input, and you must not use the Service to infringe a third party's intellectual property or other rights. If you believe content generated or hosted through PostAnything infringes your rights, contact us at support@postanything.ai with details and we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content; we may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement.
We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter AI outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts or restrict specific features, where we reasonably believe this section has been violated or where we suspect abuse, regardless of whether the content was ultimately published.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant PostAnything a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transform, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service (for example, resizing media for a platform or generating a caption). You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights.

PostAnything offers a free tier and paid subscription plans with expanded usage limits. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time; material price changes will be communicated before they take effect for existing subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases made through the Service. Paddle handles payment collection, subscription billing and renewal, and applicable sales tax or VAT on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card details. Terms covering payment, renewal, cancellation, and billing frequency not restated here are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Our Refund Policy explains when you're entitled to a refund, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on new purchases and plan upgrades. Refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with that policy and Paddle's own Refund Policy. To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or contact us at support@postanything.ai and we'll help.
The Service depends on third-party infrastructure, including AI providers and social platform APIs, which we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for downtime, missed or failed scheduled posts, or platform-side rejections caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to PostAnything and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostAnything and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
